Registering an account and any use of the service means full acceptance of every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General provisions

This Agreement governs the relationship between the platform administration (the "Operator") and the individual using the service (the "User"). The Operator carries out its activities in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and the terms of the licence issued for organising and conducting gambling activities.

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are made is deemed acceptance of the updated terms by the User.

2. Registration and account

To use the platform, the User must complete the registration procedure and create a personal account. During registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate personal data. Creating an account is permitted only to persons who have reached the age of 21.

Each User is entitled to create only one account. Detection of multiple accounts is grounds for blocking all related accounts and confiscating any funds held in them.

The User is fully responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Any actions performed using the User's account are deemed to have been performed by the User directly.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

The gaming account is topped up through the payment methods available on the platform. The minimum and maximum transaction amounts are set by the Operator and may change.

To withdraw funds, the User may be required to complete an identity verification procedure. The Operator has the right to request documents confirming the User's identity, the source of funds, and other information in accordance with applicable law.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are determined by the Operator's internal regulations and depend on the payment method chosen.

4. Rules of participation in games

The User undertakes to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. The use of software that provides an unfair advantage, as well as any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, is prohibited.

The Operator uses a certified random number generator (RNG) that ensures the fairness and unpredictability of the outcome of every game.

5. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for the User's financial losses arising from participation in gambling. Participation in games is a voluntary decision made by the User.

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform and is not liable for temporary unavailability of the service caused by technical reasons, force majeure, or scheduled technical maintenance.

6. Suspension and closure of an account

The Operator has the right to suspend or close a User's account in the event of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, refusal to complete verification, or at the request of authorised state bodies.

The User is entitled to close their own account independently by contacting customer support.

7. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the User is entitled to contact customer support. Complaints are reviewed within the timeframes set out in the internal regulations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

8. Final provisions

This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User registers and remains in force for the entire period the platform is used. The invalidity of any single provision does not affect the validity of the rest of the Agreement. On all matters not covered by this Agreement, the parties are guided by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
